I was fascinated by martial arts and the physical and mental discipline it required.

The idea of pushing my body to new heights while developing respect, discipline, and perseverance resonated with me, and I knew I had to explore this further. After much research and exploration, I eventually enrolled in martial arts classes and my journey began.

Since then, with my 23 years of martial arts training and instructing, I want to share my experiences with others and hopefully inspire them to take the same journey and discover the amazing benefits of martial arts for themselves.

Years Of Experience

WHEN I WAS YOUNG,

I was fascinated by martial arts and the physical and mental discipline it required.

The idea of pushing my body to new heights while developing respect, discipline, and perseverance resonated with me, and I knew I had to explore this further. After much research and exploration, I eventually enrolled in martial arts classes and my journey began.

Since then, with my 23 years of martial arts training and instructing, I want to share my experiences with others and hopefully inspire them to take the same journey and discover the amazing benefits of martial arts for themselves.

MY MARTIAL ARTS JOURNEY

began with the street-based style of Kung Fu, where I earned my first black belt and became an instructor.

This experience taught me the importance of discipline and respect for the craft.

I then started to explore more martial arts disciplines. I began by training in Wing Chun, where I was blown away and knew I had so much more to learn in the world of martial arts. I continued training by expanding into Savate, Boxing, Filipino Martial Arts, Jeet Kune Do, Jun Fan Kickboxing, and Muay Thai, and earning advanced degrees in each.

I found that each style had something unique to offer in terms of self-defense and physical conditioning. As I continued my training, I developed a deep appreciation for the history and culture of martial arts, as well as its spiritual aspects.

WITH EACH NEW STYLE,

I was able to refine my techniques and expand my repertoire.

I found that exploring different styles of martial arts gave me a greater understanding of the fundamentals and principles that underpinned them all. My goal is to continue my learning journey and strive to become the best martial artist I can be.

I now share my passion for martial arts with my own family. My wife and I met through our shared love of martial arts and we have been together ever since. We practice martial arts together and make sure our children attend training sessions as well.

Watching our children grow and improve in martial arts has been an incredible experience for both of us and we are so proud of the progress they have made.

By learning how to move your body, how to use and control your energy, and how to engage in meaningful physical activity, you are learning how to cultivate the self-discipline and confidence needed to become a better version of yourself.

THIS KIND OF TRAINING,

mentallly and physically, can benefit you in all aspects of life, from relationships to careers.

I have found that Martial Arts training not only provided me with physical protection, but also taught me valuable lessons about discipline, respect, and self-control.

I found it to be a great way to stay connected with my family, as we often practice together. Martial Arts also helped me to develop spiritually, as I had the opportunity to explore my beliefs and practice mindfulness. In the end, my passion for martial arts led me to pursue teaching, which is something I am very passionate about.
